At Tech Cube, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

A description of the issue

Clear photos or video showing the problem

Photos of the packaging and shipping label when applicable
After reviewing the evidence, Tech Cube may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we generally do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Buyer’s remorse

Products that are no longer wanted

Minor packaging damage where the product remains functional and undamaged
In many cases, customers may be instructed to keep the item rather than return it.
Delivered Orders
If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, refunds or replacements will generally not be issued solely because the customer claims non-receipt.
If you believe a package was incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the matter.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Exclusions
Refunds, replacements, or returns may be denied if:

Insufficient evidence is provided.

The product has been intentionally damaged, altered, misused, or improperly handled.
